About Hapana Fun Factory

A Place Where
Possibilities are Reimagined

At Hapana Fun Factory, we're more than a therapy centre - we're a place where children grow, families feel supported, and possibilities are reimagined. Our team is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every child's abilities are nurtured, and every family's journey is respected.

Why We Do What We Do

Driven by Purpose,
Guided by Care

Every decision we make is rooted in a deep commitment to the families we serve. Our core values aren't just words - they are the principles that shape our daily interactions and long-term goals.

Our Vision

A world where families with children and young people with disabilities recognise their abilities and receive all of the support they need in high-quality and inclusive environments. We strive to make your child and family be valued and included in the community to achieve the best outcomes you envision for your child.

Our Mission

Our overarching mission is to support the families of children and young people with disabilities, empowering and enhancing them to build their resilience and ensure their voices are heard. We strive to offer standard treatment methods and opportunities to create change so that they can learn, be part of schools and community life and achieve lifelong independence while having a promising future.

Our Founding Team

A shared vision, built around the child.

Guided by shared expertise

A team-led foundation keeps Hapana's care connected, consistent, and deeply family-centred.

Hapana Fun Factory grew from the collective effort of a founder team who believed that children and families deserve expert care that still feels joyful, practical, and human.

Prof. Samanmali Sumanasena helped shape the clinical direction alongside colleagues across paediatrics, therapies, education, psychology, and family support. Together, they built a centre where progress is planned collaboratively and every child's strengths stay at the centre.
